A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Billy Atwell (once again) to talk relationships on his Unshakable Self-Confidence podcast.
Guess what we talked about? Owning your sh*t.
Turns out, if you want to create real change in your life, you have to take some ownership. Surprise!
Billy and I also talked about the differences between our authentic selves and our social selves. But more importantly, we talked about how we need to stop blaming others for our lives, especially if we want to achieve our dreams and goals, and be fulfilled in life.
I won’t give too much away—but it’s some good stuff. So if you’re struggling to have a solid relationship with your mom, trying not to throw large things at your husband and/or constantly holding back insults with your co-workers, this podcast is just for you.
